Support for training for a manufacturing job is happening through a special program managed by the Economic Development Commission of Florida’s Space Coast (EDC).
Partial and full scholarships are available to Brevard County residents for the 10-week online Certified Production Technician (CPT) program provided by Eastern Florida State College (EFSC).
CURRENT CLASS BEGAN JANUARY 22.
APPLICATIONS FOR SCHOLARSHIP for JANUARY Class is now CLOSED.
NEXT CPT CLASS BEGINS APRIL 10.
APPLY FOR SCHOLARSHIP BY MARCH 20.
Orientation: March 27.
To register for the next subsidized CPT training program offered by the EDC, complete the EDC Scholarship Application Sections 1-5 and Section 8.
The EDC will review your application and contact you directly regarding scholarship opportunities for which you may qualify.

Scholarship recipients will be required to complete surveys regarding their training and job placement experience. Follow up interviews may be conducted up to one year from graduation.
